I got into paper marbling a few years ago, around the time I was starting to explore Somatic Experiencing and it kind of cracked something open.  A creative way to express these new sensations in my body.  It felt like taking a Polaroid of a feeling instant, surprising, and deeply satisfying. Sometimes the results look like cells, sometimes strange landscapes. Always pretty psychedelic. Making them feels like a trip, and looking at them, especially when you’re in a different headspace, can be one, too.
